Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Realtor who is fluent in Farsi and English to support our growing base of international clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and the ability to guide Farsi‑speaking buyers, sellers, and investors through the full property transaction process with professionalism and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and manage a pipeline of Farsi‑speaking international clients
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
• Advise clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with international clients
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Stay updated on real estate regulations, new developments, and market conditions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient transactions

Requirements

• Fluency in Farsi and English (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
• Additional languages are an advantage
