Reasearch Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist

Position Overview

MSS is seeking a RME Specialist to support the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of research and donor-funded projects. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, international partners, and field staff to ensure high-quality data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and share quarterly and yearly donor reports in line with donor requirements.
• Prepare and share the Logframe as per donor timelines.
• Supervise ongoing health insurance research activities.
• Execute and supervise Client Exit Surveys as per the required schedule.
• Oversee and monitor ongoing research project evaluations to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Support the Strategy Team in developing donor reports and analytical outputs.
• Coordinate on all research-related activities.
• Provide analytical support to various departments by sharing service impact analyses and statistical updates.
• Conduct field monitoring of data collection for all ongoing research activities.
• Work closely with the department head on project and team management tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Statistics, or Development Studies.
• 3–5 years of experience in research coordination, M&E, or donor reporting within the development or health sector.
• Proven experience in managing donor-funded projects.
• Strong analytical, report writing, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis tools, and research management software.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel for field monitoring and supervision.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
