Position: Receivable & Billing Executive – US Logistics
Location: PECHS Block 6, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM, 6 days a week
Salary: Rs 60,000 - 80,000 (Depending on the experience)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Billing & Receivables Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience in the US logistics and transportation sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate billing by reviewing daily transactions, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating with branch teams for timely resolution.

Key Requirements:

• Strong Excel skills & billing experience required.
• Audit | Reconciliation | Operational Accuracy
• Experience with U.S.-Based Logistics & Transportation Operations
• Prior exposure to working with shippers, 3PLs, or freight brokers
• Strong understanding of US logistics operations
• Communicate professionally via email with U.S. branch managers, providing clear documentation and follow-up for all discrepancies
