Receiver / Inventory Controller

Overview:

Montilios Baking Company is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Receiver / Inventory Controller to join our team. This role is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring products are properly stored and accounted for. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-pasted environment

Key Responsibilities:

· Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality

· Accurately enter and update inventory data

· Organize and store products in designated areas

· Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies

· Conduct regular inventory counts

· Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to ensure proper stock levels

· Maintain a clean and organized receiving and storage area

· Assist with loading/unloading deliveries as needed

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in receiving, warehouse, or inventory control preferred

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Good communication skills

· Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

· Must have a valid Drivers license

· Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly

· Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift for extended periods
