Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, including but not limited to Personal Injury Law and Immigration Law. This role requires excellent litigation skills, legal drafting abilities, and proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw. The Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in legal matters, providing sound legal advice, and negotiating settlements.

Duties

• Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed legal documents.
• Draft contracts, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations in various areas of law.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client interactions and case progress.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• experience in litigation and strong negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in legal drafting and familiarity with Westlaw or similar research tools.
• Basic Knowledge of Personal Injury Law, Immigration Law is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
