We are looking for a friendly and professional ARABIC female receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a receptionist minimum 2 years in uae
• Good communication skills in English & Arabic
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)

• also We are hiring a Customer Service / Call Center Agent / Sales Representative with a strong sales mindset to convert patient inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering an excellent clinic experience. The role involves handling leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email; qualifying patient needs; recommending suitable treatments; following up to close bookings; and coordinating with doctors and clinic staff. Candidates must have proven experience in sales, client conversion, or call center operations, with aesthetic or medical clinic experience preferred.
