Reception Admin

About the Role


We are looking for a Reception Admin to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors while ensuring smooth front office operations. This role supports administration, customer service coordination, and cross-departmental collaboration with Property Management, Sales, Legal, and CRM teams to deliver excellent service to our clients.


Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.

• Manage calls, emails, inquiries, and correspondence.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Property Management, CRM, Sales & Legal) to resolve client requests efficiently.

• Support office operations (supplies, vendors, facilities).

• Track and follow up on service requests, ensuring client satisfaction.

• Assist in handling complaints and escalations.


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field.

• 1-3 years of experience, preferably in a role related to front desk administration and/or customer service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer Centric Orientation.

• Very Presentable with a professional neat appearance.

• Excellent Organizational Skills.

• Attention to Details.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Fluent in Arabic & English (written & spoken).
