Role Description
As the Front Desk Receptionist at Sliders Cable Park, you will be the heartbeat of our customer service operations. This role is essential in creating the first and lasting impression of our park. You will manage day-to-day tasks, including answering phone calls, performing receptionist duties, utilizing clerical skills, communicating effectively, and delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and excited to work in a dynamic, fun, and engaging environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the park with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect activities for their interests and skill levels, making reservations, and processing payments.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing accurate information in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk and in the lobby area.
- Handle customer complaints or issues, ensuring they are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction or escalated appropriately.
- Promote and upsell park services and merchandise.
- Keep detailed records of bookings, payments, and inquiries.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed about park activities, services, and pricing to provide accurate information to guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the park.
Qualifications
- University Degree
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Strong communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: E£9,500.00 - E£14,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- El Gouna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
