Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and handle general inquiries
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a neat and welcoming reception area
- Handle email communication with clients, suppliers, and relevant authorities
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned by management
- Prepare, maintain, and organize office records, files, and correspondence
- Assist in preparing quotations, delivery notes, invoices, and related documents
- Coordinate with internal departments to support daily office and operational activities
- Maintain basic records related to projects, materials, and office requirements
- Arrange access passes, entry permits, and approvals when required
- Monitor and maintain office stationery and office supplies
- Provide routine administrative support to Accounts and HR departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality, and safety procedures
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by management from time to time
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience minimum 2 years as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Oracle, SAP
- Basic knowledge of office administration and documentation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and professional attitude
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to join immediately
Working Hours
- 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- 1-hour lunch break
Salary
- AED 2,000 – 2,500 per month
- Transportation not provided
Visa Requirement
- Candidate must be on spouse visa with valid NOC
