Reception & Client Inquiry Support Officer

We are seeking a reliable and professional Reception & Client Inquiry Support Officer to assist our Australian migration firm with handling inbound inquiries and reception operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls through Dialpad
  • Respond to WhatsApp and online inquiries
  • Follow up missed calls promptly
  • Book consultations for migration agents and lawyers
  • Collect basic client information
  • Create and update leads in ClickUp/CRM
  • Escalate urgent matters to management
  • Ensure all inquiries are handled professionally and promptly

  • Fast response times
  • No missed inquiries
  • Professional phone manner
  • Accurate data entry
  • Consistent attendance and availability during shifts

Requirements:

  • Excellent English, Dari and Farsi communication skills
  • Strong internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Experience in reception, customer service, or call handling preferred
  • Ability to work Australian business hours desirable
  • Experience using WhatsApp, Dialpad, CRM systems, or ClickUp preferred

This role is ideal for someone organised, responsive, and comfortable speaking with clients professionally.
