We are hiring for Receptionist with Hotel Background/Experience for our hospital in Abu dhabi
- Greet and check in patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for patients, coordinating with healthcare providers as needed.
- Verify patient information, insurance details, and update records accurately in the system.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide basic information regarding services, payments, and general facility information.
- Maintain organized filing systems for patient records, forms, and other essential documents.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, coding, and processing insurance claims.
- Ensure waiting areas and reception areas are clean, orderly, and well-maintained.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure efficient patient flow and coordination of care.
- Follow all established protocols and procedures to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using computer software and electronic health records
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- hotel industry: 1 year (Required)
