Reception & HR Coordinator

What you'll be doing

You'll support our HR Manager across diverse responsibilities that will develop your skills:

• HR administration and employee engagement initiatives
• Recruitment support and onboarding new starters
• Reception duties and welcoming visitors
• Facilities management and contractor coordination
• Health & Safety administration
• Helping deliver company events

What we're looking for

You're highly organised and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills. You enjoy rolling your sleeves up and getting involved.

You're confident using Microsoft Excel, including:

• Pivot Tables
• VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions
• Creating reports

You're equally comfortable welcoming visitors, liaising with contractors, organising office operations, and producing detailed reports.
