We are seeking a professional and responsible Reception & Nursing Assistant to support front-office operations and provide basic health and first-aid assistance within a corporate office environment in Qatar. This role does not involve clinical or hospital duties and is limited to office-based health support.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Office Administration:
- Receive and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor log records
- Coordinate meeting room schedules and appointments
- Perform basic administrative and clerical support tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
Health & First-Aid Support (Office-Based):
- Provide basic first-aid and immediate assistance to employees when required
- Monitor and record basic vitals when necessary (BP, temperature, etc.)
- Maintain first-aid kits and office medical supplies
- Assist in workplace health, safety, and wellness initiatives
- Coordinate with nearby clinics or emergency services when required
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Assistance
- Valid nursing certificate/license (QCHP / MoPH preferred but not mandatory for office roles)
- Previous experience in reception or office administration is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Presentable, calm, and professional attitude
- Experience working in a corporate or administrative environment in Qatar / GCC
- Familiar with basic workplace health & safety practices
- Ability to handle confidential employee information
- Proficient in MS Office applications
