We Are Hiring: Reception & Operations Coordinator – Dubai Office
New World Horizon is looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Reception & Operations Coordinator to support our daily office operations and front-desk activities in Dubai – experience in the oil & gas industry is an advantage.
Front Office & Reception
- Welcome visitors, clients, and partners in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and route phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Manage reception area, meeting room bookings, and guest arrangements.
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations and support different departments.
- Assist the operations team with documentation, follow-ups, and basic logistics.
- Support coordination between Dubai office and other branches (UAE, Qatar, KSA).
Administration & Documentation
- Handle filing, scanning, and maintaining records and registers.
- Prepare basic reports, letters, and internal communication when required.
- Support in arranging courier, shipments, and office supplies.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in reception / office administration / coordination (oil & gas industry preferred).
- Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset.
- Good command of English (Arabic is a plus).
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
