We Are Hiring: Reception & Operations Coordinator – Dubai Office

New World Horizon is looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Reception & Operations Coordinator to support our daily office operations and front-desk activities in Dubai – experience in the oil & gas industry is an advantage.

Front Office & Reception

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and partners in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Manage reception area, meeting room bookings, and guest arrangements.

Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate day-to-day office operations and support different departments.
  • Assist the operations team with documentation, follow-ups, and basic logistics.
  • Support coordination between Dubai office and other branches (UAE, Qatar, KSA).

Administration & Documentation

  • Handle filing, scanning, and maintaining records and registers.
  • Prepare basic reports, letters, and internal communication when required.
  • Support in arranging courier, shipments, and office supplies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in reception / office administration / coordination (oil & gas industry preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset.
  • Good command of English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
