Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:

Guest Check-In and Check-Out:

Greet guests warmly and professionally.

Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional service to guests throughout their stay.

Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Language Support (Russian):

Communicate fluently with Russian-speaking guests.

Assist with translations or explanations of hotel policies, services, and local information.

Translate documents or materials if necessary.

Reservations and Bookings:

Manage room reservations via phone, email, or in person.

Update booking systems and confirm availability.

Administrative Duties:

Handle cash, credit card transactions, and issue receipts.

Maintain accurate records of guests and transactions.

Prepare daily reports for management.

Coordination and Communication:

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and guest requests are fulfilled.

Relay important information to relevant departments.

Promoting Hotel Services:

Inform guests about hotel amenities, dining options, and local attractions.

Upsell room upgrades, tours, or services when appropriate.

Security and Compliance:

Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with safety and privacy policies.

Monitor guest activity and report any suspicious behavior.

Emergency Response:

Assist in managing emergency situations (e.g. fire alarms, medical incidents) following hotel procedures.
