Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our dental clinic in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth front-desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Maintain and update patient records using dental clinic software
• Collect payments, issue receipts, and handle billing inquiries
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, or reminders
• Handle insurance documentation and approvals when necessary
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and health regulations
