Receptionist

We are looking for a well-presented, organized, and proactive Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to the office team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a polite attitude, and basic computer knowledge to handle day-to-day office coordination tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, transfer calls, and take accurate messages.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security procedures for entry.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and couriers.
  • Coordinate with site offices and departments for document dispatch or follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update staff attendance records and contact directories.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.
  • Support HR and administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the front office area.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Minimum Graduate (any discipline).
  • Experience: 1–3 years as a receptionist or front office executive (construction industry preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
