We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to join our team in Gaziantep, Türkiye. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our guests and clients.

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains organized and presentable at all times
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives and meeting rooms
• Process visitor information and issue security badges or passes as required
• Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Provide general information about the company and its services to visitors and callers
• Maintain a safe and secure reception area, following all security protocols
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
  
  

• Graduates of Tourism and Hotel Management departments from colleges or universities Front Office experience
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Turkish or other languages is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office programs and the Opera system
• Always aims to improve service quality
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Successful in administrative coordination
• Enthusiasm for analysis
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and workloads
• Enthusiasm for problem-solving
• Open-mindedness
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues as needed
