Job Purpose:

To provide a warm and professional first impression to all clients visiting Brazil Studio Salon. The Receptionist is responsible for managing appointments, handling client inquiries, maintaining records, coordinating with staff, and ensuring smooth daily front-desk operations that enhance the overall salon experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
  • Manage salon appointment schedules through the booking system (walk-ins, phone calls, and online bookings).
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, messages, and emails promptly.
  • Maintain client records and update contact details and service histories.
  • Coordinate with stylists, beauticians, and management to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Handle cash, credit, and other payments; maintain accurate daily sales reports.
  • Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Promote salon services, offers, and retail products to clients.
  • Assist in inventory checks and coordination with suppliers when required.
  • Support salon management in administrative tasks and client communication.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English& Arabic
