About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and customer focused Client Service Executive to join our team in KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high service standards, and providing efficient support to meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and address their inquiries promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
  • Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships.
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and follow up on client requests or concerns.
  • Assist in documentation and contract preparation when required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and service quality.
  • Maintain accurate client records and communication logs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in client service, sales coordination, or account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools.
  • Willing to work in the KSA office.
