Front Desk Management:

  • Greeting visitors: Welcoming guests and directing them to the appropriate person or office.
  • Managing phone calls: Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls.
  • Maintaining a tidy reception area: Ensuring the area is clean, organized, and has all necessary supplies.
  • Providing information: Answering inquiries and providing basic information to callers and visitors.
  • Handling mail and deliveries: Sorting and distributing mail and deliveries.

Administrative Support:

  • Scheduling appointments: Maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, and booking conference rooms.
  • Managing correspondence: Handling emails, faxes, and other office correspondence.
  • Performing clerical tasks: Assisting with tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Ordering office supplies: Monitoring and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements: Planning and booking travel arrangements.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining office security: Monitoring visitor logs and ensuring security protocols are followed.
  • Providing customer service: Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with visitors and clients.
  • Supporting other departments: Assisting with HR tasks, such as scheduling interviews.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
