Job description:

I&K Enterprises (Nexton & De’LESH) is looking for a well-presented, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations at our Gulberg Head Office – Lahore.

The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing administrative support to the HR/Administration department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk and reception area in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Greet and guide visitors, maintaining visitor logs and security protocols
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls efficiently
  • Handle mail and courier operations, including receiving, sorting, and dispatching
  • Provide administrative support, including meeting room scheduling and front desk record maintenance
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception environment

Requirements:

  • Education: Intermediate or Bachelors (Preference for relevant degree)
  • Experience: At least 1-2 Years (Relevant experience in Front Desk/Reception)
  • Location: Lahore
  • Gender: Male

Required Skills:

  • Fluent Communication Skills (English & Urdu)
  • Presentable, polite, patient, and well-mannered
  • Strong interpersonal & customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Time management and multitasking ability
  • Professional attitude with the ability to handle pressure calmly
