Front Desk & Customer Service
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
- Assist visitors by providing information and directing them to appropriate personnel.
Administrative Support
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as required.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment.
- Assist in basic data entry, filing, and document management.
- Support HR/admin in onboarding tasks (issuing badges, forms, etc.).
