Front Desk & Customer Service

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
  • Assist visitors by providing information and directing them to appropriate personnel.

Administrative Support

  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as required.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment.
  • Assist in basic data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Support HR/admin in onboarding tasks (issuing badges, forms, etc.).

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
