Job Summary

We are seeking a well-presented and professional Emirati Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our regional luxury perfume distribution office. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional front-desk support, manage administrative tasks, and uphold the brand’s premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare for client visits.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and basic office logistics.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area that reflects our luxury brand image.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Support HR and management with day-to-day office coordination.
  • Ensure confidentiality and handle information with discretion.

Qualifications & Skills

  • UAE National (Emirati).
  • High school diploma or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Previous experience in reception or customer service is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Professional appearance and friendly, welcoming demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced office environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
