Key Responsibilities:

Greet members and visitors warmly and professionally

Manage front desk operations, including calls, emails, and walk-ins

Maintain and update member records in the CRM system

Schedule and manage appointments, classes, and personal training sessions

Handle membership queries, renewals, and payments

Assist in administrative tasks, including reporting and record keeping

Support gym staff and management in operational tasks as needed

Requirements
