We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist with prior experience in a gym or fitness environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our members, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. Knowledge of CRM systems is essential to manage member information efficiently and assist with day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet members and visitors warmly and professionally
  • Manage front desk operations, including calls, emails, and walk-ins
  • Maintain and update member records in the CRM system
  • Schedule and manage appointments, classes, and personal training sessions
  • Handle membership queries, renewals, and payments
  • Assist in administrative tasks, including reporting and record keeping
  • Support gym staff and management in operational tasks as needed
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable

Requirements

  • Prior experience working in a gym or fitness center is mandatory
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic administrative tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
