Receptionist

Noorka Logistics is looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, managing front-desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk and greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls efficiently.
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about company services.
• Maintain visitor logs and issue passes as required.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and office communication.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
• Provide administrative support, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth day-to-day operations.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in administration is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar receptionist or front-office role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Friendly, presentable, and able to multitask effectively.
• Strong customer service approach and a positive attitude.
