Receptionist
to join our fitness facility. The ideal candidate has experience working in a gym or sports environment, is familiar with CRM systems, and feels comfortable in an active, health-oriented workplace.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome members and visitors; provide excellent customer service at all times.

Manage check-ins, membership inquiries, renewals, and class bookings.

Use the CRM system to maintain accurate member records and handle daily administrative tasks.

Answer phone calls, emails, and messages professionally and promptly.

Support sales of memberships, packages, and retail products when needed.

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Coordinate with trainers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Assist with basic administrative duties (filing, scheduling, data entry).
Requirements

Previous experience working in a gym, fitness center, or similar customer-facing environment.

Strong knowledge of CRM or membership management systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Professional, friendly, and comfortable in a fitness-oriented atmosphere.
