Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk and be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
  • Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Support other departments with clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Intermediate (Required)

Experience:

  • Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
