Requirement for Front Office Executive

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 1-3 years

  • The candidate should be preferably from the Hospital Industry.
  • Should be able to speak Telugu, Hindi, and English*

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Receive patients and patient attendees in a pleasing manner
  • Answering calls and clearing the doubts.
  • To resolve day to day patient problems/attendant's problems.
  • Overseeing the front office operations
  • Maintaining the contact list of the visitors
  • Coordinate with consultants about their time and day of visit
  • Coordinate with different departments and maintain a good work environment and team spirit
