  • Greet patients, visitors, and attendants in a polite and professional manner.
  • Handle patient registrations, OPD appointments, rescheduling, and front-desk coordination.
  • Create and register new patients/clients in the Hospital Management System accurately.
  • Conduct patient follow-up calls/messages for appointments, treatment continuity, reports, and feedback as per doctor or management instructions.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, follow-up logs, and new client databases.
  • Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and guide patients appropriately.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and internal departments for smooth patient flow and follow-up.
  • Support billing desk activities, cash receipts, and basic insurance/TPA coordination if required.
  • Ensure patient data confidentiality and strictly follow hospital policies and SOPs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience as a Receptionist in a hospital or healthcare setup.
  • Hands-on experience in patient follow-up and new client/patient registration.
  • Good communication skills in English and local language(s).
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office; Hospital Management Software preferred).
  • Patient-centric attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
