Zapegg Tax Consultant is looking for a professional and courteous Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Support office operations and ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
