Receptionist

Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment bookings efficiently.

Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments for aesthetic, laser, and dental services.

Assist patients with registration, forms, and insurance details (if applicable).

Coordinate with nurses, therapists, and doctors for patient flow.

Support administrative tasks such as data entry and daily closing reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
