1. To be aware of Infinity Health Care Medical Center policies, mission, vision, and regulations.
2. To answer phones calls promptly and accurately at reception of the clinic and provide necessary information to callers.
3. To inquire and update knowledge about available of services offered by the clinic.
4. To give appointments to the patients on telephone and send the patients for treatment as per appointments.
5. To maintain daily appointment record.
6. To provide information to the Patients about available services or any other matter, time to time.
7. Meet with the manager on regular basis to report problems and to seek his advises to address the problem.
8. To inform manager, in case of any emergency or incident in the clinic which needs urgent attention.
9. To help with filing, as and when required on the instruction of manager.
10. To charge the patient on cash/insurance card and maintain the record.
11. To perform any other assignment related to the job and assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Education:
- High School
- Computer Courses
Experience:
- 1-2 years’ experience.
Language:
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English and Arabic (preferable).
Competencies:
- Good communication skills.
- Teamwork skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
