Job Summary
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. This role is responsible for providing a professional and welcoming front-desk experience, managing incoming communications, and supporting basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage visitor sign-in procedures and issue visitor badges as required
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
- Respond to general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments
Administrative Support
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Maintain front desk records, logs, and appointment schedules
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
- Support administrative and office staff with ad-hoc tasks as needed
Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth visitor flow
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and notify participants of arrivals
- Maintain communication with security and facilities teams when required
Office Management
- Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and presentable
- Monitor and request office supplies related to front desk operations
- Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, office systems)
- Attention to detail and reliability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
