Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a warm, professional manner.
- Answer and direct calls promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
- Handle emails, couriers, and mail.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Provide administrative support to departments.
- Manage office supplies and vendor coordination.
- Address client inquiries or direct them to the right department.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as a receptionist or front desk officer (real estate?developer experience a plus).
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Fluent in English; additional language preferred.
- Must have a car and be willing to work in Sharjah.
- Real Estate & Developer: 2 years (Required)
