Focus: Patient intake and online presence.

• Job Summary: The first point of contact for our center. This role blends traditional medical reception with modern brand building.
• Core Responsibilities:
• Verify "Protocol 1" compliance for arriving patients.
• Manage the center's Google Reviews and social media engagement to maintain a 5-star digital reputation.
• Execute WhatsApp "Protocol 1" dispatches for all new bookings.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree.
• Certification or proven experience in Digital Marketing/Social Media Management.
• Exceptional communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.

Job 5: Medical Receptionist & Accountant

Focus: Financial integrity and scheduling.

• Job Summary: Responsible for the center’s financial health and front-desk organization.
• Core Responsibilities:
• Collect consultation and testing fees (cash/card/QR) and issue digital receipts.
• Perform daily financial reconciliation against Clinicea EMR reports.
• Manage the appointment calendar and verify patient insurance or corporate billing where applicable.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in medical billing or cashiering at a healthcare facility.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
