Job description:

We are urgently looking for a Receptionist to join our team at Remedy Room Beauty Lounge by Ribbonaira. The ideal candidate must have experience using the Fresha system for booking and managing appointments. She should be well-organized, customer-focused, and able to handle front desk operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage appointments, bookings, and client records using Fresha
• Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
• Process payments and manage daily cash transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Experience working as a receptionist in a spa, salon, or wellness center
• Proficiency in using Fresha booking system
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
