Full job description

We are seeking a well-presented, confident, and sales-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong understanding of cross-selling services across different departments.

This role is crucial as the receptionist is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key role in enhancing patient experience and increasing clinic revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients in a professional, friendly, and luxury-oriented manner
• Manage appointments, calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in patients
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with multiple departments (medical, aesthetic, dental, dermatology, etc.)
• Coordinate with marketing company and update them on a regular basis
• Cross-sell and promote clinic services across different departments
• Handle patient inquiries, explain treatments, and guide patients to suitable services
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Manage billing, invoices, and basic administrative tasks
• Maintain patient records and confidentiality
• Support doctors and therapists with scheduling and patient flow
• Use social media platforms (especially Instagram) for basic engagement, responding to inquiries, and promoting clinic services when required

Requirements & Skills

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a clinic
• Strong sales and cross-selling skills
• Knowledge of different medical or aesthetic departments is a big advantage
• Excellent verbal and written English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality
• Computer skills and experience with booking systems
