Front Office Coordinator

Job description

We are looking for a highly proactive Front Office Coordinator for our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, and visitors in person
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling inquiries
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
  • Support charter, sales, and yacht management teams
  • Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records of client interactions
  • Coordinate with marina staff and service providers as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous front office, receptionist, or administrative experience (yacht or hospitality industry preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Russian) are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with industry-specific CRM or booking systems is an advantage.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
