Receptionist (Female - Immediate Start)

we are looking for a dynamic and meticulous Receptionist to be the welcoming face and organizational backbone of our busy office. If you're a detail-oriented professional ready to jump into a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate & Coordinate: Serve as the primary point of contact, managing professional correspondence with clinics via WhatsApp, email, and phone to efficiently collect and share crucial case information.
  • Manage Scheduling: Expertly schedule clinic appointments and coordinate calendars for internal staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Process Orders: Handle all incoming online orders, generate printouts, and promptly notify the appropriate lab representatives.
  • Support Office Flow: Execute essential clerical tasks, including precise data entry, filing, and document organization.
  • Inventory & Logistics: Maintain optimal office supplies and inventory levels and assist with the crucial task of packing and arranging final orders for delivery to clinics.

What You Bring

  • Experience: Prior experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is highly preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; relevant certifications are a bonus.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written fluency in English is a must.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Availability: Must be able to join immediately (candidates currently on a visiting visa or cancelled visa are preferred).
