Job Title: Receptionist (female)
Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide administrative support. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth communication within the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and courier services
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Coordinate with different departments for visitor requests and meeting arrangements
  • Keep records of visitors and maintain basic office logs
  • Support office staff with general administrative duties when required

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and customer service attitude
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and office systems)
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Must be fluent in English and Arabic
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred

Location: Hawally, Kuwait
Working Hours: 9 hours
Visa: 18 Transferable only
Benefits: As per Kuwait labor law

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD400.000 - KD450.000 per month
