Majesty Medical Center is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The candidate should have good communication skills and experience working in a clinic or customer service environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist (medical center experience is a plus)
  • Presentable and well-spoken
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to welcome and assist patients professionally
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to manage phone calls and appointments
  • Good English skills (Arabic is a plus)

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and assisting patients
  • Answering phone calls and WhatsApp messages
  • Scheduling and managing appointments
  • Handling patient records and administrative tasks
  • Providing excellent customer service
