Receptionist

A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this position, but equivalent receptionist/administrative experience will also be considered. Ability to speak Spanish is also preferred, but not required for this position.

Role:Serve as an initial point of contact for the firm by answering incoming calls from prospective and current clients.

Essential job duties include:

• Answering incoming calls from potential and current clients with a smile and empathy
• Accurately completing administrative responsibilities, including sorting mail and incoming faxes
• Supporting Office Assistant with other tasks
• Providing world-class client/customer service
