Receptionist.
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff in the Austin office. This role ensures smooth front desk operations while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors and provide a professional first impression

Answer and direct incoming calls

Maintain an organized and presentable reception area

Coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting setup

Provide basic hospitality support for meetings and visitors

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services

Provide general administrative assistance to attorneys and staff

Assist with document preparation, scanning, copying, and filing

Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed

Support internal meetings and firm events

Coordinate with vendors and assist the Office Manager as needed

Report facilities or maintenance issues

Maintain confidentiality of firm and client information
Qualifications
Required

High school diploma or equivalent
-
1–3+ years of receptionist or administrative experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Experience in a law firm or professional services environment highly preferred

Familiarity with multi-line phone systems or document management systems
