Receptionist

We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team of lawyers. This critical role will be responsible for office support activities of the Director and the whole team.

• At least 20 – 27 years of age.
• Must be Single.
• Computer literate and has an EXCELLENT knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Proficiency in spoken and written English. Knowledge in Arabic language is an advantage but not required.
• Able to maintain filing and document control systems.
• With 1-3 years of experience in the administrative field.
• Flexible time and hard-working.
• Able to work under pressure.
• With transferable visa, valid QID, and NOC.
• Preferably living near the office location which is in Al Duhail.
• CV's without picture may not be entertained.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Admin: 1 year (Preferred)
