Job Description:
Phoenix Marble & Stone is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Office Manager to oversee our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate must have a solid background working within the marble, granite, and natural stone sector, possessing a deep understanding of the industry's workflows, documentation, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, administrative procedures, and executive support.
- Coordinate between the management, factory/site teams, and clients regarding stone and marble project requirements.
- Handle industry-specific documentation, including delivery notes, material submittals, and supplier invoices.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for ongoing marble projects, contracts, and procurement orders.
- Supervise office staff, manage schedules, and handle incoming corporate communications.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or Senior Administrator (Minimum 3–5 years).
- Mandatory: Prior experience working within a Marble, Granite, or Natural Stone company.
- Strong knowledge of marble types, fabrication workflows, or stone project coordination is highly preferred.
