Receptionist

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment while supporting administrative tasks at the head office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and employees in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls; manage emails and inquiries.
  • Maintain the reception area and office common areas.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate, Bachelor's preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Location: DHA Phase VIII, Karachi.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
