Receptionist

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Kirkland, Washington. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient administrative support. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail to maintain a welcoming and productive environment.

Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and ensure a positive and detail-oriented first impression.
• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments.
• Handle inbound calls, providing accurate information and support as needed.
• Maintain organization by filing and scanning important documents.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and accurately.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide administrative assistance to support various office functions.
• Previous experience in receptionist or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in managing a multi-line phone system.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle filing and document scanning.
• Familiarity with mail processing and related administrative tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all duties.
