🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Ensure guests are properly directed through coordination with internal teams
• Coordinate with office attendants to arrange welcome beverages and refreshments for guests
• Manage food orders for employee events.
• Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
• Provide basic administrative and clerical support (filing, data entry, document preparation)
• Monitor office supplies and place orders accordingly
• Oversee office decoration for special events and occasions
• Coordinate with the Finance team to manage and process wallet top-ups in a timely manner.
• Raise and track expense requests through the internal portal, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  
  

🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring

• High school diploma; Admin or Hospitality background is a plus
• 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role
• Strong communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus
• Professional, friendly, and service-oriented attitude
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tasks
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and handle logistics efficiently
• Detail-oriented with basic knowledge of expense tracking and office operations
• Presentable, reliable and able to maintain a professional front desk environment
