Roles & Responsibilities

1. Front Desk Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide assistance in both English and Arabic
  • Maintain a neat and presentable reception area

2. Communication Handling

  • Answer and direct incoming calls in Arabic and English
  • Respond to emails and general inquiries promptly
  • Handle courier services, incoming and outgoing mail

3. Administrative Support

  • Maintain visitor records and issue access passes
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry

4. Coordination & Office Support

  • Coordinate with internal departments for meetings and guest arrangements
  • Assist HR and Admin teams with onboarding and employee coordination
  • Support office operations and event arrangements

5. Customer Service

  • Provide accurate information to clients in Arabic and English
  • Handle customer queries professionally and escalate when required

6. Office Operations

  • Monitor and manage office supplies
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment

7. Security & Compliance

  • Follow company policies for visitor management and confidentiality
  • Ensure proper check-in/check-out procedures

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, telephone systems)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
